The Chinatown Improvement District (CID) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to improving conditions in the greater Chinatown area of Honolulu, HI. Comprised of generational stakeholders, businesses, residents, and the interested public, the CID works collaboratively with non-profits, government entities, and local businesses to find solutions to issues and problems, ensuring the preservation and enhancement of the ethnic, cultural, and historical character of Chinatown.

FAIL. Poor planning, unorganized just an absolute waste of time. We arrived to pick up our pre-paid tickets, they weren't ready. Walked to the restaurants, nothing was open for another 2 hours....
