Tamura's Market was founded in 1995 by Herbert Tamura and his son Glenn, who aimed to create a grocery store and liquor division separate from their original family business, Tamura Super Market. With locations across Oahu and Maui, the company has grown to include three grocery stores, four Fine Wine Liquors stores, and one takeout kitchen.
Known for their commitment to everyday low pricing without the need for a courtesy card, Tamura's Market prides itself on the quality of its offerings, particularly in its Poke Departments, which use fresh Ahi sourced from the Honolulu Fish Auction.
