History

I came to Hawaii in June of 2016 on vacation, spending time on the big island to see if this might be my future home. I ran into the former owners of the business at a farmers market where I was introduced to Tai Shan and was told it was for sale. After visiting the farm the next say, I was smitten. Upon returning to my home in Portland, Oregon I couldn't stop thinking about the little farm on the big island. I put in an offer, it was accepted and thus began the journey of a lifetime. In the 4 years I've owned the farm I have experienced a volcanic eruption, 2 hurricanes and now a pandemic. I am here to serve my community and to show how delicious good food can be. Specialties

Tai Shan Farms, a dragon fruit farm and food business in Ocean View, Hawaii. We have a certified commercial kitchen on our farm and have been serving prepared food at the Keauhou and Ho'oulu farmers markets for the past 7 months. We have been selling our valued added products made from the dragon fruit we grow and baked goods for more than 9 years. We are a from scratch and locally sourced kitchen that just happens to be completely gluten free. Delivery is limited to the Ocean View neighborhood and pickup is available for anyone willing to drive to our location.
