The classes were a perfect blend of challenging and fulfilling. Liz was a great teacher and even brought us fresh juice to refuel and connect with us after each class. Highly recommend.
Love this place! Small and out of the way, but I always get a great workout and feel so good afterwards! Teacher and veteran students are so welcoming and kind!
Great teacher, lovely location, extremely welcoming. The class is intense and you will feel great afterwards. The setting really sets it apart, very peaceful and bucolic.
