Went in for a quick trim. Nani cut my hair in about 5 minutes with the personality of a wet paper towel. Wasn't a great cut but I'm not hairdresser and blamed myself for not communicating better....

They should just not advertise walk-ins...one person cutting hair one on register. Waited in line just for another walk in to be placed as soon as he walked in.
