I fell in love with Kona because of the restful and stress free atmosphere of the island. I bought these vacation rental condos in 2001 so I could enjoy being so close to the ocean and also share them and the Big Island with others. I have owned and rent out 2 bedroom 2 bath direct oceanfront condos in Kona Hawaii since 2001. These vacation rentals by owner are fully furnished and ready for you to come and enjoy green, black and typically tan colored sand beaches. Sit on my large private lanai only 30' from the ocean surf while while sipping on a Mai Tai. All the while watching the local surfers, endangered green sea turtles eating and sunning on the beach as spinner dolphine swim by. See whales if you are there during their season.
