Street Eats is the newest addition to the Maunakea Marketplace Food Court. They are next to Lime and you just need to look for the "blue food truck" there. They have been there about 2 months....

I do love a good pork belly lunch option! Great service, fast food with table seating nearby. It's fun to people watch everyone navigating the food court and all the options. They do DoorDash also.
