History

The business was started by the Stanley family as a mobile sewing machine repair in Kailua on the Windward side of the Isl. of Oahu, Hawaii. The business grew over the years and was taken over by the son who opened a physical store in Kaneohe, a small town just 5 miles away and still on the Windward side of Oahu near the Kaneohe Bay Marine Base. As time went on the business expanded to sales and repair of vacuums, and sewing classes were added. The Shop has been at the current location since the 1980's at 46-003 Alaloa St. on the corner of Kahuhipa and Alaloa, in the same building as Nanko Fishing Supply, Enterprise Rent A Car, and Hawaii's Finest. Stanley's is still a family run business going back generations. Our family purchased the business from the Stanley's in 2003. We are also a vacuum, sewing shop family going back to grandpa.
