Chef John Sandbach is an Austin, TX native with a passion for great BBQ. After five years as a successful catering company, Smoke and Spice is excited to be open to bring Maui great BBQ five days a week. Using prime brisket, fresh Maui ingredients and everything (and we mean everything!) made entirely from scratch, Smoke and Spice's BBQ is the perfect blend of Texas fuel and Maui fire.
