Rooms had bugs. The 1st room we were put in had water bugs in the bathroom and kitchenette area. They moved us to another room. But still had bugs but this one looked like roaches more than water...

Improve your parking system!!! The worst parking system we've ever encountered!! They don't have an attendant on duty when having issues with ticketing system or gate opening.

Assaulted by one of their guests on the pool deck (they have on their video surveillance) and hotel would not evict the person because it would be a revenue loss. What a joke. They care more about...
