History
Simmer is the last name of the two brothers, Klaus and Malte Simmer, who started making windsurfing sails on Maui in 1981. The Simmer brand quickly become one of the premier sail brands on Maui, then worldwide. We opened the Simmer Hawaii Paia store in 1996, and feature beach lifestyle clothing and accessories as well as our collection of windsurfing equipment for sale and rent.
