Aloha! Shingen is a traditional Japanese Soba and Sushi restaurant. Here you will find a wonderful array of Soba noodle dishes from hot to cold. Our Soba noodles are made out of the finest buckwheat flour straight from Kushiro, Hokkaido. Among our variety of traditional Japanese cuisine, we also offer Sushi, Udon noodles, tasty Tempura, and succulent grilled beef tongue to name a few. (Sushi bar is closed on Mon & Thu)
