So I was just in Kona for my solo Birthday Vacation and I definitely wanted to check out Sams. I heard it was a great dive bar and it was! A lot of local, karaoke was fun and I made friends easy....

Fun little spot, an air conditioned hole in the wall the dive bar, minus the stickiness of a dive bar. Lots of TVs for sports, friendly clientele and staff, nights get pretty busy w the karaoke....
