Salsa Cruz

History

Over a decade ago, Eric took a trip down to Cal Poly Pomona's Agriculture Farm. He purchased all fresh vegetables including several different peppers. Once home, he made salsa and tasted it for the first time. He just about spit fire out of his mouth, it was so HOT! He toned it down quite a bit from that experience but he still loves that fiery heat. Five years later he met me, Brittney. On our second date, Eric thought he would turn on the charm and cook dinner for us. He featured his delicious salsa. It was so delicious I decided right then and there that I was going to marry him, just kidding.(not really kidding) The salsa became a daily addiction in our household. As much as I loved his salsa, it was just a bit too hot for me to really enjoy the flavor. So Eric began to scale back the heat and through the trials, the core flavors of Salsa Cruz were born!

Salsa Cruz specializes in handcrafting bold flavored salsas. We take pride in each of our salsas and our fans appreciate it. Our salsas are not only great on a chip but is amazing as a marinate on chicken, pork and fish dishes. Great ingredients make for a great product.
