Refused basic repair when insurance told them it was a repair, not a replacement. Be wary of being taken advantage of. Charged up front and refund is delayed without service.

You get emails and texts and calls about your service appointment, the tech (in my case, Jason) was very friendly, easygoing, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
