The noodles were perfect in the past. We made fried noodles for bazaars. They're not the same anymore. They're overcooked when frozen, not suitable for fried noodles or saimin

S&S Saimin is a Hawaii staple that has been around for decades. I'm not sure of their history, but the HQ and manufacturing are all done on Oahu. WHAT IS SAIMIN? IMO, it's a hybrid Chinese word...
