Pros: Location, great staff, valet parking Easy to walk anywhere in Waikiki. A side road, so pretty quiet from the street. Valet is always nice and valet team are great. Beautifully decorated...

I've stayed at the Ambassador which used to be the sister property to here before they sold to Hilton. That was a much better stay than this. The shower setup is atrocious. Water gets everywhere...

i lov it here! great accommodations and friendly staff! security all around, restaurants and malls right across the street -- super safe and close to waikiki beach :-)

Adults only hotel, free of kids making it a little more relaxing. To begin, the staff at the front desk can either be very nice or passive aggressive. Ariel was very kind, welcoming and patient....
