They are very rude. Do not, do not park "improperly " and have your recycles counted before hand or pay the tolls to the staff. Makes me not to recycle. Maybe in store recycling would be more...

Have taken cans and bottles twice during the pandemic season. First time, hours were more limited. Now they seem to be back to regular. Staff are extremely efficient so wait time is very short....
