Pint and Jigger

I followed Dave, a cocktail mastermind, here after being a regular at Nobu and I am nothing but impressed with Pint & Jigger! Tucked away a little, this pub has incredibly creative and absolutely delicious food AND drinks!!! Try it yourself and become a believer! I had the bacon burger with beer cheese and homemade, hot off the fryer, potato chips and it was fantastic! The cheese was amazing, burger cooked to perfection, and the thickest pieces of bacon I've ever seen. I also had the scotch eggs which were indescribable. I've never had such a harmony of flavors. I can't wait to try everything on the menu. Check out the pics of the menu to see the descriptions of the pupus and dishes. You can tell that a lot of love goes into everything at this place. Open, yet cozy setting. I can see spending a lot more time at this place. The ambiance is mellow and very unique. Not another place like it in Hawaii that I've seen. The drinks are award winning and hard to justice, you just have to try! I honestly don't have a bad thing to say about this place. 5 stars, hands down. I dreamt about the burger & chips, and you better believe I'm going back for seconds tonight :-)
