Pau Hana Pours was founded by two best friends. Mercedes Florence and Chase La Madrid-Engel. Together with 20 plus years of experience they decided to chase their dreams and create a business they could forever be passionate about. Chase was born and raised here on Kauai and Mercedes has lived here for 15+ years! Both have bartended here locally and are very excited to serve handcrafted cocktails, meet and work with amazing people and serve the beautiful island of Kauai they call home.
