Pat's Taqueria, located at the Hanalei Pier on the north shore of Kauai, has been serving delicious tacos since its opening in December 2006. Chef Patrick Grenz, who has been in the culinary field since around 1995, transitioned from fine dining in Colorado to finding his true passion for tacos in Hawaii.
