The woman operating the receptionist desk was very rude with her tone and made it seem like I was stupid and illiterate. When I read the other 1 star reviews, this also regarded her.

Dr Lam did drug testing for work. He was kind enough to call me and go over my results and let me know he was sending them in. A great personal touch!

I have been going to Dr Lam since 1993. Love him and his team!! He will call you personally. I also called him once after hours and he was not irritated or annoyed at all.
