Return/exchange policies are ridiculous. You basically shouldn't wear the jewelry AT ALL even trying it on. Just bought the item 2 days ago and the manager refused to help us in any way. Save your...

ASM at this store was super rude and disrespectful. raised her voice at my mom and I when I tried to return a bracelet i had bought 2 days prior and didn't accept my return and gave us attitude....

I was so happy when they opened a location at The International Market Place. I love their charm bracelets. I try to get a charm for different occasions. It's good to go when they run promos....
