Palama Settlement is a private, non-profit, community-based social service agency has been serving the Kalihi and Palama neighborhoods for over 100 years. Located in Honolulu, Hawaii, the company offers a wide range of educational, recreational, athletic, cultural, social, health and community building programs and services for children, youth, adults and senior citizens. It accepts a number of items that include scrap metal, bicycles, appliances, beverage containers, cooking oil, cellular phones, printer cartridges, used eye glasses and many more.

Incorporated in 1975, ALU LIKE Inc. is a charitable organization for Native Hawaiians.
