The Onomono: Seasoned brown or white rice, coated in panko and fried to a crisp golden-brown. Onomono can be stuffed with just about anything and are served with a variety of made-from-scratch sauces. The Onogiri: Sandwich-style Musubi. Nori-wrapped rice replaces bread with a generous portion of filling. Onogiri can be filled with any type of topping, from Salmon and Ume to Club House and Philly Cheesesteak!

The sauce is the secret to the yumminess of their balls; they have an intense, rich flavor. I'm not into fried pupus normally, but these were pretty good.
