Established through the efforts of Michele, the organization collaborates with local women elders to encourage families to prioritize their daughters' education over traditional practices. With a commitment to financial transparency, MEA ensures that resources are efficiently managed while directly supporting over 700 girls, 500 of whom are currently attending school.
