There is a small cigar selection at the package store class6 Pearl Harbor. Been wanting to also get Hibiki nice to see they carry it and price is good. Foodland has it on sale too

There's no ID Checkers at the NEX Moanalua for few years now. Only time of purchase show ID or soldiers in inform. The commissary no guests allowed unless accompanied with the primary ID card...

Huge store with great inventory at cheaper-than-off base prices. Food court is typical American (Popeyes, Subway, Moe's, Wahlburgers, etc.).
