The staff and the doctor is very nice. I'm big on time. The wait was too long. I think I was booked with another family.

Took 4 weeks to get my trial pair of contacts. Doctor is very nice and easy going. Office staff could be friendlier and have better communication skills.

I am active duty but often go to Lens Crafters to get glasses since they are open on weekends. I thought I would try this bc it is so conveniently located near my work. My advice: don't brother....

Excellent service! Friendly staff!! I was a walk-in and they did what they could to squeeze me in. The next time I came in for my appointment, I did not have to wait, (which is a plus in my book)!...
