As another reviewer already posted, Darrell Manuel is unresponsive and his team is unhelpful. Wish I never went through Mutual Underwriters for insurance.

I don't know how the other agents are in the office but Darrell Manuel is perhaps the WORST. He NEVER responds in a timely manner, you will be following up multiple times with him to get any kind...
