Stopped in for the first time and very impressed. The lady behind the counter was very polite and patient. I got one of the cinnamon sugar cookies and it was absolutely delicious.

Big fan of Mrs. Fields cookies - but not a big fan of this particular franchise. Here's why: (1) Unless you're there in the AM hours or early PM hours - looks like they just give up on baking...

Always loved Mrs. Fields since back in the day when they was in windward mall, wife and I was out for dinner and stopped in to this location at Alamoana! Cookies are always my go to over anything...

Growing up, my mother had a cookie recipe book from them. These are not the cookies that were in the book. These are terrible. McDonald's is better. They had fast service. I can give them that....

Are you a softie for cookies?! Well if you are Mrs. Fields cookies are exactly that soft and I do prefer a more firm and crunchy if the edges are crunchy I wouldn't mind a bit but it wasn't so...
