All pavement hike! Easy some parts and gets challenging with inclines. Great for biking! And a good cardio workout mostly sunny, shaded at the beginning. Not too crowded!

Great enclosed trial for walking running and biking. The trail started flat and then, comes challenging hills. The trial is wide and well paved.
