Dr Miyashiro is no longer at his practice and his staff is no longer there either. The staff that is there does not seem to be very well trained.

Dr. Miyashiro is a real doctor. I went in for my exam which was fine and told him about my disabled son who can't couldn't come to the office. He offered to help my son as I got him on the phone...
