History

The company was originally founded in 1991 to provide organizational development consulting including strategic planning and fund development for nonprofit human services organizations. However, the company's focus has shifted in alignment with the founder's personal soul work and spiritual journey. Today we provide personal life and spiritual coaching through the Ethereal Akashic Field to a very diverse group of clients spread across 18 states in the U.S., and abroad. Melissa Knight is an Oracle, a Visionary, Akashic Practitioner, energetic healer, author and spiritual / life coach. Her educational background is in psychology, public relations, women's studies and Africana studies. She is a women's studies professor, social justice activist, and an advocate for healing in the conscious heart.
