I went to the Maui swap meet and stumble across this vendor. I bought their Mac "trail mix" that had some macaroons inside and wow what a delightful experience. I wish I had bought a big bags....

I've tried a variety of macaroons in the past, and these are the best. But not only does Lori make the classic ones, she also makes other varieties. I tried the classic ones and the Bananaroons....
