This was the best experience ever our guide Pasco was the bomb so knowledgeable about Maui and Hawaii and so patient with all of us! He got my ten year old daughter and 13 year old son to jump off...

After 25 years of being Maui's original yoga & dance studio, the Maui Yoga Shala, we opened the Island Fresh Cafe at the same location. With the success of our beach yoga classes and fun outings & surf lessons for retreat attendees, we are now offering Hiking & Yoga and other fun excursions from our uptown Paia location.
