History
Chef Kevin and wife, Courtney started Maui Custom Cuisine LLC in 2013 to better the lives of their three children. They saw a lack of customer service and quality meals in the restaurants and decided to bring the restaurant to the customer. They love to give back to the community, inspire others and serve with Aloha.
Specialties
We specialize in flavors and hospitality reminiscent of old Hawaii. We want to give you a taste of the relax and enjoy atmosphere that generations prior enjoyed. The plantation camps of old Hawaii were the original Asian Fusion that is so trendy today. Chef Kevin's family recipes from the sugar plantation camps are modernized and served with hospitality that is harder and harder to find.
