Mānoa Chocolate & Wine Bar is a locally-owned, bean-to-bar craft chocolate maker; making high-quality dark chocolate by sourcing premium cacao beans from mahiʻai (farmers) across the Hawaiian islands and around the world. Every day,we welcome guests through the door of our factory and tasting room to learn about Hawaiʻi's growing cacao industry and sample bean-to bar chocolate. We encourage you to join us for one of our paid experiences (bookable via our website) or a complimentary chocolate tasting led by one of our knowledgeable kumu kokoleka (chocolate guides). Wednesday to Saturday, our tasting room transforms to a natural wine bar from 5-9pm. Join us for live music, fun conversation, and beautiful, natural wines sourced from around the world. If wine isn't your thing, we have a variety of cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic options as well.
