I admit, we found this trail while we were looking for the Makiki Loop Trail and mistakingly thought this was the start. We weren't completely wrong...it does lead to the Hawaii Nature Center but...

If you are out of shape, newbie or a bit overweight then this course is no fun. Recommend walking around Ala Wai canal for a few months then slowly build up your leg muscles. The path up is not...
