Nelly, employee of Lori Pasion, was incredibly difficult over the phone. I asked for a very simple policy change (change of lienholder) and the binder took hours to get.

Very unprofessional office. Rude and not consistent with notes. If you really want a good local agent I would use any StateFarm agency outside of Lori Pasion, Dorothy, or Davelani. Very ghetto...
