Lokahi

Incorporated in 1971, Lokahi Pacific is an independent, nonprofit housing and community development organization. It is a private organization that provides housing development and management services. The organization manages several housing projects. It has partnerships with American Savings Bank and USDA Rural Development. Additionally, Lokahi Pacific administers several business lending programs for low-income families. Its facilities provide long-term rental housing options. The agency offers various loan programs, as well as business incubators for caterers, bakers, street vendors, fundraisers and specialty food producers. Lokahi Pacific is located in Wailuku, Hawaii.

Our two office suites are centrally located on the island of Maui on the top (fourth) floor of the Wells Street Professional Center in Wailuku. Across the street from the State of Hawaii Courthouse and adjacent to both the County of Maui and State of Hawaii Government office buildings, we are in easy walking distance of Wailuku town. Our office address is 2145 Wells Street, Suite 402, Wailuku, Hawaii 96793. Complimentary client and guest vehicle parking is available on the right side of the parking lot at the rear of the building.
