The Lahaina Restoration Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to rebuilding and preserving the historic sites of Lahaina, Hawaii. IMHO If you want a respite from the tourist trappings on Front St., head up Prison St. and visit the old Whaling Prison. It's free and there are a few free parking spots right up front.
