Kona Banyan Tree Condos

Banyan Tree is a small complex of 20 individually owned condos. This is a mixed use building with full-time & part-time owners living in their units and vacation rentals. Vacation rental condos each have their own management company. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated by their owners. No two condos are alike! You are not just renting a condo, you are renting someone's home. Every condo has a full kitchen and a washer & dryer. Most of the vacation rental condos are rented as 2 bedrooms, a few are rented as a 1 bedroom. If you leave a review of your stay, please mention the unit number in the title of the review. There is a heated pool and an adults only hot tub. Banyan Tree is a NON-SMOKING property. Check-in/out details and rental policies are different for each condo. The owner or rental agency will give you instructions and provide you with a copy of the house rules. Each company/owner has their own rental rates, rules and cancelation policy. There is not a front desk or office. There is not one rental company that manages all of the rental units
