I would give zero if I could. We arrived at the our appt time and Cam was not there. Called him to only be told that he was on his way and would be there in 5 - 10 minutes. After 20 minutes...

It was ok I think the person we had was unsure of how to cut. The cut ended up being way too short. Gahhh... so hard to find a place to get a good cut.
