History

Executive Chef & Owner Thomas Naylor leads Ke Nui Kitchen's team of skilled chefs & sous chefs with his experience and signature creative flair. Chef Thomas has been catering events on the North Shore of Oahu since 2004 after bringing his culinary skills to the islands from his home state of California. Thomas has been caterer for the Vans' Triple Crown of Surfing, professional surfing's largest competition, held on the North Shore every winter, since 2005. Ke Nui Kitchen was born in 2011. One year later, Ke Nui Kitchen moved it's home base to Waimea Valley and is now exclusive caterer for the venue. Currently, Ke Nui Kitchen caters weddings & events at Waimea Valley and at any venue throughout Oahu and has catered recently for Jack Johnson, Pamela Anderson, Australian supermodel Jodhi Mears, and former Miss Hawaii Renee Nobriga.
