History
Kara has been practicing massage since 2003 and had a bodywork practice in the California Bay Area for more then a decade before relocating to Oahu in 2015. She began her practice working with people suffering from shoulder, neck, & back pain, but has transitioned over the years from the treatment of pain to a focus on healing. She intuitively combines various forms of massage, Reiki, and craniosacral therapy to address the body, mind, spirit connection. Kara is also a doula and enjoys working with prenatal and postpartum clients.
