My parents live there, everything was excellent until they got a new general mgr. He is not for the residents, it's sad. They use to be 5 star by far.

Kahala Nui is not somewhere you want to live in!!! Although the exterior looks clean and welcoming, the inside of this sorry excuse of a retirement home is terrible. CEO and CFO are not good...
