Jonathan recently moved back to Hilo, HI and is a CA licensed Cosmetologist since 1999. A trained Joico, Redken colorist, and has taken courses learning cutting techniques from artists all over the country and UK. The difference is I LOVE to do hair, and the proof will show in your hairstyle.
