I've been here twice and both times the lady serving me was helpful and nice. First time around I couldn't Fedex a box as I didn't pack it myself and didn't know what was in it. OK, fair enough....

The lady was helpful. Downside is computer was on the slow side. Also minimum time use of computer is 5 minutes, meaning if you use it less than that you still have to pay the minimum 5 minute rate.
