I keep forgetting to do a review on this but I just had it today so I finally! Remembered! Howard's is a small, literal hole in the wall spot in downtown, only open on weekdays I'm pretty sure....

Can't say enough good things...menu is small and simple, but always delish. Good prices especially for downtown. Only a few other places you can still get quality and quantity for $15-ish....
