Soooo thankful we were able to get into his office! Dr. Hirata actually listens and spends time with his patients. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes and I always feel welcomed there....

Dr. Hirata's staff is great! His bedside manner ok. Not easy to talk to. Has an insensitive demeanor; smarty pants way of speaking. I'm afraid to ask questions; he'll make me feel stupid....
